Philosophy & Inspirations

Every item is expertly designed, drafted, cut, and sewn by me, Nikki, because I believe in the durability and beauty of a perfectly crafted product.

I love textiles: the colours and textures; the elaborate patterns on some, and the raw simplicity of others. I love the drama of a tiny contrasting accent, or the captive beauty of a tone-on-tone effect. I feel like I am painting with fabric. Voila!

I specialize in merging my textile art with my quality handmade bags and accessories. My work is further inspired by the elegance of the Art Deco era (1920s), the rawness of the natural textiles I use, and the intricacies of old-school fabric manipulation.

Enjoy!
